Washing: The washing temperature should be kept below
40 degrees Celsius and on a short cycle. Wash with similar
colours; avoid mixing with whites.


Detergent Selection: Use a neutral detergent that is free from
chlorine, fluorescent agents, or whitening additives.
These chemicals can weaken the fabric and cause
discoloration over time.


Softener Usage: Generally, fabric softener is not
recommended for towels. If a fabric softener is desired, opt
for a hydrophilic softener.


Drying: air-dry or tumble on low/medium. Avoid high heat.


Snagging: These towels are woven and can be prone to
snagging on anything sharp such as zips. If you get any loops
in the threads simply cut them with sharp scissors and DO
NOT PULL them.

All orders may take 1-3 days to process. We will work as fast as we can to get your orders out. Orders will be shipped with Royal Mail. Orders that contain alignment sticks may be shipping via a different courier due to the size.

Yes we ship internationally, costs may vary depending on location.

Any additional import or customs charges on international orders will have to be paid by you the customer. If you refuse to pay and the item is sent back to us you may be deducted a shipping and handling fee from your refund.

All products have a 30 day returns policy. Items must be returned in the condition you received them in, unused and in the original packaging. Returns from international customers will have to be covered by the buyer.

Due to being a small independent brand we are un able to offer free returns at this moment however if you have received the incorrect items we will cover the return and exchange it as quickly as we can.

If we have sent the wrong item please get in touch and send us a photo of the product we sent and we will exchange it as quickly as we can.
