From an idea to the open

Bombs Away Golf Goods Sponsors Pro Golfer Nathan Kimsey at the 2025 Open Championship

From Weekend Rounds to the World Stage – Our Golf Towels Take on The Open

At Bombs Away Golf Goods, we’ve always believed that golf gear should combine performance with personality. What started as a side project to create better, bolder golf towels has now reached one of the biggest stages in the sport — The Open Championship 2025.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that professional golfer Nathan Kimsey represented Bombs Away Golf Goods at this year’s Open, competing with our tour-grade golf towels by his side.

Nathan’s Performance at The Open Championship 2025

Nathan Kimsey delivered a composed and consistent performance throughout the week atRoyal Porthcawl, handling the course’s tough conditions with confidence. After making the cut with two solid opening rounds of71 and 72, he went on to shoot an impressive68on Saturday — a round made even more memorable as he waspaired with Bryson DeChambeau. He closed with asteady 71on Sunday to secure atop-40 finish, showcasing his trademark calm under pressure, exceptional course management, and short-game finesse.

As Nathan worked his way through one of the most iconic events in the sport, our premium golf towels stayed draped over his golf bag or over his caddies shoulder - proof that function and quality matter at every level of the game.

From an idea to the Big Leagues

Four years ago, we started Bombs Away Golf Goods because we were bored of bland, basic golf towels that didn’t reflect the energy of the game. Fast forward to 2025, and now our towels are out on the course at The Open Championship — in the hands of pros like Nathan Kimsey.

It’s surreal, humbling, and motivating all at once.
